Financing & Insurance

The questions we hear most often are “Do you accept my insurance” and “Do you offer financing?” We are a preferred provider for most major insurance companies. If you have any questions regarding coverage, please call and ask to speak with Kaye Moon, Billing and Insurance Coordinator. “Medically necessary” procedures (breast reconstruction, and occasionally breast reduction) are often covered by insurance, however cosmetic procedures (breast augmentation, liposuction, abdominoplasty, etc.) are not covered by any insurance carriers.

Cosmetic patients are given a written quote at their cosmetic consultation appointment and are required to put down a deposit in order to schedule cosmetic surgery. The balance of the surgery is typically due at the patient’s pre-operative appointment. 

We accept cash, personal checks, and all major credit cards.

PRIVACY POLICY

NEW BOTOX POLICY
Effective June 14th, 2024

Patients scheduling Botox injections at Stephen Lober Plastic Surgery will pay a non-refundable $75 deposit to hold their appointment. The $75 deposit will be applied to the balance of their service upon checkout. If a patient cancels within 72-hours or is a no-show, we will retain the $75 deposit. If a patient reschedules more than 72 hours prior to their appointment we will offer a one-time transfer of their deposit. If they reschedule more than once they will need to pay an additional $75.

NEW COSMETIC CONSULTATION POLICY
Effective June 14, 2024

New Patients scheduling cosmetic consults will pay a non-refundable $75 deposit to hold their appointment. The $75 deposit will be applied to the balance of their surgery if they schedule their procedure within a week of their consultation. If a patient cancels their consultation within 72-hours or is a no-show we will retain the $75 deposit. If a patient reschedules more than 72 hours prior to their appointment we will offer a one-time transfer of their deposit. If they reschedule more than once they will need to pay an additional $75. If the patient requests multiple cosmetic consults for the same procedure they will be charged $75 for each appointment.

Established Patients will need to provide credit card information to hold their appointment, but we will not charge them unless they cancel within 72 hours or no-show for their consultation. Established patients receive one complimentary consultation per procedure, but will be charged $75 for subsequent consultations.
